Take One Productions returns to A-Kon

Making people laugh is our main goal at Take One Productions, and since our start in 2007, we have done just that. From Hawaii to Kansas, and everywhere in between, our shows are always a smashing success. Not to toot our own horn… but we are pretty much all that and a bag of chips. But don’t take our word for it! Come see for yourself at our improv show!
Some of you may be sitting at your computer wondering…what the French Toast is improv comedy?
Well…. if you’ve ever seen the TV show “Who’s Line Is It Anyway?” then you have a pretty good idea of what we do. However, if you’ve never seen that show or heard of it… GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!!

Basically, we get all of our material on the spot from our audience members. A few lucky ducks may even be chosen to help us out in some of our games!!! So come join us for an always to short time of laughter and hilarity as our actors get on stage and make complete fools of themselves!

For several years, A-Kon® has worked with the comedy and improve troupe, Take One Productions to bring their fun and entertaining panels to A-Kon®. We wanted to let you know about a tragedy that took place this past week for the group. Miranda Rice was struck by a car crossing the street in Tulsa. She was severely injured and passed away on November 23^rd. Miranda was an organ donor, so several people will get the life sustaining gift of her organs, and this gives her family and friends some peace. Cory Phillips was Miranda’s boyfriend, so this has hit him especially hard.
