Swap Meet at A-Kon 24

Have you been attending cons for so long that you have so much swag you don’t know what to do with?

Do you look back through the years and think to yourself, “I liked THAT?!”

Does your collection reflect the you from 3 years ago more than it does now?

It might be time to change up your collection. Some people find that perfect item when they go to the con, but realize that they have no room for that wall scroll, or that that plushie is NOT going to college with them. And what can you do? You probably won’t get a decent resale value on it!
Enter: The Swap Meet.
With so many people at cons looking to get something new to represent themselves how they are now, it only seems natural to have a swap meet. Con goers from all walks of life gather together, bringing their treasures to barter for new ones. You never know what you will find, because each person brings a unique set of items to the table. Clothes, manga, anime, plushies, cards, game systems, games, artwork, jewelry: all that and more can be found. From the smallest, dissatisfied grab bag purchasers, to long time collectors who need to downsize, everyone is welcome. With a little luck, you can leave Akon with more swag than Jay-Z.*

The Swap Meet will be taking place on Saturday ALL DAY LONG in the OBELISK Room on the 2^nd floor of Atrium 2, please stop by and see what cool things are available.
