Acting Out: A Guide to Cosplay Performance: Acting Out is a how-to on cosplay performances for contests and beyond. We’ll run you through what to expect when you’re entering a cosplay contest, how to create a skit or walk-on, give helpful tips, and provide demonstrations. Copic Markers – Advanced: The advanced class will be on portraits. Participants will learn how to achieve lifelike skin tones through the layering of colors. Mixed Media for Illustration and Comics: Ink? Watercolor? Acrylic? And what the heck is gouache? Are traditional media on their way out in this digital age? Learn why not, and find out about some surprising combinations and unusual mediums used in illustration and comics. 2:45 PM – 3:45 PM
