The onsite registration form can be downloaded and completed (please type or print legibly!). One form will be needed for each attendee, along with a photo ID (school IDs are acceptable) to purchase memberships onsite. For members age 15 and under, or members of any age who do not have a photo ID, a parent/guardian/accompanying adult over age 18 must present a photo ID to purchase a membership badge. We will collect the accompanying adult’s contact information, along with appropriate parent contact information, for all attendees under age 18 and keep it on file during the convention in case of an emergency.

Children under age 15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian/accompanying adult age 18 or over during the convention, who will need to present their photo ID to claim the child’s membership badge. Attendees age 16 and over must either present a photo ID (a school ID is acceptable) or have a parent/guardian/accompanying adult over age 18 present an ID to claim their membership badge. In both cases, we will collect the accompanying adult’s contact information, along with appropriate parent contact information, for all attendees under age 18 and keep it on file during the convention in case of an emergency.

A-Kon 24 membership covers, all panels, events, demonstrations, concerts, performances, contests, snacks and munchies in our Consuite (as available) and a host of other activities.
The Following are NOT covered in your membership fee:
- Most Tournament Gaming sessions
- Materials costs for a few workshops
- Certain autographs (at the sole discretion of the autographer)

Adult Memberships – attendees ages 13 and over as of May 31, 2013

*Refund requests, transfer of memberships and badge name changes must be completed by May 1st, 2013. After this date, we are unable to make any further changes to our membership list or offer refunds of purchases.
Note that a group purchase is different from an onsite group pick-up. Unless you specifically request pick-up as a group, all members will need to pick up their own badge. All group pick-up requests must be made in advance by May 1st. A group pick-up request must contain at least 5 (five) people and include the coordinator name, group attendee names, and online or mail-in order confirmation numbers. The person who sends in the list should be shown as the coordinator. The names should be listed alphabetically – last name, first name – along with the online (AKON24ORD#) or mail-in confirmation numbers. Send the requested information via email to projecta-konreg@royalmaiden.com, and a confirmation of your request will be sent back to the coordinator as soon as possible.
For security and confirmation purposes, ALL convention attendees will be required to present a photo ID to claim their badge, as well as removing any masks for identification. If you do not have a photo ID, you must be accompanied by an 18+ adult who has a photo ID and will be onsite during the convention. If you are under 18, you will be asked to provide your parents’ contact information in addition to your photo ID (or the ID of the adult who will be accompanying you to the show).
