To help with the issues of the long wait time with Registration the Registration Desk is pleased to announce some major changes.
Our new operational hours will start with opening at 9 am on Thursday morning!
The NEW Operational hours for Registration are as follow:

With those new operational hours we will also have an increased number of check-in processing stations so we will be able to take care of more attendees at the same time.
Finally, to help alleviate the traffic issues within the Trinity area the Registration Desk has been moved to a new location. Registration’s new home is now the Grand Ballroom, sections C – E, located within Atrium II.

A-Kon 25 membership covers, all panels, events, demonstrations, concerts, performances, contests, snacks and munchies in our Consuite (as available) and a host of other activities.
The Following are NOT covered in your membership fee:
- Most Tournament Gaming sessions
- Materials costs for a few workshops
- Certain autographs (at the sole discretion of the autographer)

Adult Memberships – attendees ages 13 and over as of April 27, 2014

For security and confirmation purposes, ALL convention attendees will be required to present a photo ID to claim their badge, as well as removing any masks for identification. If you do not have a photo ID, you must be accompanied by an 18+ adult who has a photo ID and will be onsite during the convention. If you are under 18, you will be asked to provide your parents’ contact information in addition to your photo ID (or the ID of the adult who will be accompanying you to the show). Your cooperation will speed the registration process. Thank you in advance!
