For 2013, A-Kon has decided to go with Guidebook to manage the A-Kon Apps. You only need to download and install the Guidebook App and then search for A-Kon 24 to add it to your list of events.

Voice Over Idol Information and Rules

VO-Idol is a competition for amateur/aspiring voice actors to put their acting skills to the test. Contestants will be asked to perform different aspects of voice over – not just anime. There are three rounds total. Auditions will be submitted prior to the convention, while the second and final rounds will take place at the convention.

Advanced Visual Designs (AVD) once again hosts the Model Contest. As always, awards are First, Second, and Third Place in each category, as well as Best of Show. These beautifully crafted, lovingly assembled works are well worth taking time to see. But please don’t touch.
