The purpose of the A-Kon demo spaces is to provide a venue for fan exhibitions and performances that would best be shown in an open area outside a regular panel room. This service has been provided by A-Kon since 2003 and has recently expanded to a second space. LARP and boffer groups may also use the spaces to demonstrate their unique qualities and attract new members. We have also had martial arts demonstrations and drum performances in our spaces and are always open to new ideas. more...
