They were organized as part of their “40 year plan for the conquest of earth” originating in “JIGOKU”  through the propagation of “AKUMA”.  They adopted music for their propagation medium and accomplished the earth debut (CD debut) in September, B.D. 14 (1985).  Thereafter, they propagated the “Chapters of Doctrine” (known to humans as singles), “Scripture of Doctrine” (known to humans as albums), and “Visual Records of Doctrine” (known to humans as videos) one after another.  They keep satisfactorily demonstrating their artistry and increasing the number of believers (otherwise known as fans) in their Black Mass (otherwise known as concerts) appealing to all ages and genders.  Moreover, through mass mediums such as televisions and radio, their activities have widely taken an active part in not only the music scene, but also the television scene, the overall Japanese culture and the art district.  (This profile is in reference to the era before the group 0disbanded.) 

Their duty on earth was ended and dissolved on December 31, D.C. 1 (1999). On DC07 (2005), to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut, SEIKIMA II reunited for six months, at which time they presented 6 new songs for download, toured for 16 Black Masses and released 5 live albums.

• Place of Birth : Downtown JIGOKU, "Bitter Valley"The president of SEIKIMA II, a group of demons. The founder of AKUMA  propagation. H.E. is a cabinet minister. H.E. succeeded His Majesty Damien Hamada as president of SEIKIMA II. In order to propagate the rise and notoriety of the AKUMA faith, H. E. formed SEIKIMA II. H.E. has made a large impact not only in the world of music, but also as a stage actor, a cultural critic, a television sports commentator for Sumo and a motion picture director. H.E. has prospered in nearly all forms of mass media. 

  On television, H.E. is a mainstay on comedy variety shows, sports broadcasts, news broadcasts, educational programming, art introduction shows, ecological documentary shows, programs broadcast from Japan and shown globally, commercials and government election broadcasts. He is the only celebrity to be featured on such a wide variety of programs. In Japan, he is the only rock musician whose face is immediately recognized by the old and young populace alike. Because of his diligent checking of all of SEIKIMA II business and related activities, H.E. has been referred to as "administrative manager" and the "executive director" of SEIKIMA II. In other venues, H.E. is also known as the "master of ceremonies". H.E. hates the act of leaving uneaten food on one's plate, the overuse of air conditioners and abbreviated slang. 

 
[Sgt.---tSG LUKE TAKAMURA the Third]

• Place of Birth: Upper-class residential area in JIGOKU, "Heverly Hills".
• A staff officer. After Jail O'hashi left SEIKIMA II, super fast technical lead guitar player LUKE was hired from JIGOKU. LUKE works as Staff General of military authorities in JIGOKU, and He was chiefly in charge turning health food and detergents into weapons of mass destruction He is credited as the member of SEIKIMA II who has written the most songs. Normally he is cool and detached, but when he hits the stage, he enthralls audiences with his bewitching and aggressive performance. He i s possessed with a very sharp sense of humor, with which he and H.E. used to create a radio program that an industry magazine rated as number one. He is a consummate professional = songwriter and lyricist with a craftsman's eye for detail. On songs that feature him on vocals, Luke, through both his lyrics and performance, will bare his innermost feelings and weaknesses. For shows performed in Tokyo, Luke insists on travelling by bicycle as much as possible, for the purpose of maintaining his physical stamina. He is an Akuma that sports many faces, much like ASHURA.

• Place of Birth :Onigashima in JIGOKU, "Hill Mountain". 
• Nobleman. Although he is the fourth drummer of SEIKIMA II, he has been a stalwart regular member since the advent of the band's debut on earth. He is an avid researcher of many forms of entertainment. He is an aficionado of all forms of video games. At bowling, video games and Mahjong, he holds a master's title given to him by the supreme lord of MAKAI. He has written columns in game technical journals. He enjoys reading novels, watching F-l racing and "rakugo" (Japanese storytelling monologues). Although he is quite thin, his high metabolism doesn't allow for very much energy without constant refueling. In other words, he is always hungry. He is a voracious meat-eater, and on the days when he is scheduled to lay down drum tracks, he insists that his meals consist of deep-fried breaded pork cutlets. Ideally, he prefers the pork cutlet on rice with some spaghetti Carbonara on the side. Though most of his household budget is allotted for food, he maintains a body with only 9 to 11 percent body fat. At a recent check-up, it was stated that he has the body of a 25 year old. Though he looks wild, he is very methodical. So it is no surprise that his house is kept very clean.

• Place of Birth :A trading port in JIGOKU, "Side-Beach". 
• Artist. He is a bassist of the second lineup of SEIKIMA II and became a permanent member by the 4th AKUMA movement in B.D.13. He is especially well informed about many cultures as it pertains to the conquest of earth. He constantly impresses with his vast knowledge of classic movies, plays and celebrities. His interest in photography has surpassed being a mere hobby.  It has been respected to the point of having his work used as an album jacket for one of his musician friends. He is called Doctor, not only for his vast knowledge, but also because he is calm and as logical as a "Mountain that doesn't move". Though generally considered patient and tolerant of small problems, it is rumored that he actually doesn't think about much at all. As a rule, he speaks very rarely at group meetings, however, when some trouble arises, he consistently astounds everyone with his quick and agile settling of the problem. A man of few desires, he is content with playing bass and having a drink after the show. Having very few calculating designs on his career, after playing a venue with fifty thousand people, he is quite comfortable with playing in a club that seats barely 50. While masquerading in human form, he attended an art college and achieved acclaim as a painter. His personality has led him to being called "priest". He is a heavy drinker. 

 
[E.M JAIL O'HASHI]

• Date of Birth: May 5th, B.D. 100033 (B.C. 98035)
• Place of Birth: Rich Bridge, Stormy land of JIGOKU
• Chief of Staff. Preceding the earth debut of SEIKIMA II, Jail not only volunteered for his position, but was accepted because of his enthusiasm and talent as a guitarist. Although the youngest member of SEIKIMA II, his talent at enthralling human women is so great that he often advises his fellow members on how to manipulate women's hearts. In the two years he was originally with the band, he instigated many musical ideas and solidified the band's sound. However, being a brutally honest person with very little tact, he became dissatisfied with the condition of the music scene. After fearing his own dissipation within said scene, he decided to leave the band. After naturalizing  his status as human, he debuted internationally with the band, "Cats In Boots". After experiencing many highs and lows, he decided that his brutality is best left in his music and not in his personal life. He became enraptured with the art of flower photography, and recently is in the practice of recommending and critiquing the acts of popular young comedians. He now drinks very little, as opposed to his past habits. Since the conquest of earth, he joins up as a support member roughly every five years or so. He is very fond of cats, mountain-climbing and the capture and collecting of rare insects. His one unchanging passion is... women?
