Please Read if You Booked a Room at the Sheraton Dallas (formerly, Adam's Mark) Hotel!!!!

Due to the change over in hotel reservation systems, we are aware of the many of you who have had problems with booking a room for A-Kon® 2008. Many of you were quoted weird room rates, and not fully informed as to what happened, for this we apologize. Jamie Boughen, our hotel project manager, has been working with the Reservation Staff to get these problems corrected and make sure that all of your rooms are at the rates we set up with the hotel.

As of April 17th, 2008, these are the room rates at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel:

• ALL Double and King Rooms are at $151.00 per night.
• ALL Corner King Rooms are at $186.00 per night.
• ALL Junior Suites are at $200.00 per night.
• ALL Executive Suites are at $250.00 per night.
• ALL Dallas Suites are at $400.00 per night.

Please rest assured that REGARDLESS of what rate you were quoted upon making your reservation, the above rates are what now appear on the paperwork from the hotel.
