A-Kon now has an iOS app for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch! Version 1.6 allows you to follow all the A-Kon news as it's posted to the site, and contains information about the hotel. *UPDATE* and now also contains the schedule!! Woot!!!
Planned features in future versions include a schedule listing updated via the web, with the ability to "star" items of interest, which will add them to your calendar so that you can be alerted when the panels you want to attend are coming up, and a "Getting Here" section that contains maps, driving directions, DART info, etc. Possible features include: separate news feeds for the different sections of the website, information on finding food in and around the convention, a listing of con rules, a section on surviving the con, a packing list, and other informative items.
