Plaza of the Americas Rules

1. NO Weapons or Replica Weapons allowed on Premises
2. NO Costumes that could be confused with local, state or federal law
enforcement
3. NO full faced masks
4. Shoes and proper Attire must be worn at ALL times
5. NO Pictures may be taken inside the atrium
6. NO SMOKING except in designated areas
7. DO NOT go UP the DOWN escalator
or DOWN the UP escalator.
8. NO person under the age of 18 may ride the elevators without an adult or
guardian.
9. Once in the Marriott proper you can done masks and such.

Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the building any person who shall in any
manner do any act in violation of these Rules and Regulations.

All patrons shall comply with all safety, fire protection, evacuation procedures and regulations established
by Landlord or any governmental agency.

The Plaza has agreed to make some very rare exceptions for our group, including keeping the
Skybridge open 24hrs to A-Kon attendees and making some exceptions to their more rigid weapons
policy after regular business hours. At which time they will require that attendees maintain at
least the standard A-Kon weapons policy or above.

Overly suggestive or revealing costuming is not allowed at anytime and is at the full discretion of
Plaza of the Americas staff.

A full list of rules regulations and descriptions as well as a map and retail/restaurant list is available
at the info desk. Many restaurants have chosen to keep extended hours to better serve our
attendees. This list is also at the info desk for added convenience.
