 The room rates for this year are as follows:

• Single (King Bed) or Double (2 Queen Beds) Room (for 1 – 4 people) =  $173.00 per night plus tax.
• Executive Suite = $250.00 per night plus tax.
• Dallas Suite = $450.00 per night plus tax.

If you are interested in renting a Hospitality Suite at the hotel, that rate is $900.00 per night and you must first contact A-Kon rather than renting directly through the hotel. Please email project_manager1@verizon.net if you would like to book a Hospitality Suite.

This year the hotel has provided a direct link that will allow our attendees to book their Double and King Rooms directly through the hotel website. There is no need to call the hotel to book this type of room.
