*Update 1: At this time, all of the Double rooms and all but 10 of the Executive Suites at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel are SOLD OUT. There are still King rooms (rooms with only 1 bed in them) available at the Sheraton at our convention rate of $173. The Marriott is sold out for Saturday! Located in downtown Dallas, close to the Pearl Street DART stations of the Red, Green and Blue lines. The physical address of the hotel is: 400 N Olive St, Please note, that the Sheraton Dallas is a completely non-smoking hotel. The room rates for this year are as follows: SOLD OUT!!
There are two types of Executive Suites Please see the information below on the rooms. You will also find information on the Dallas Suite as well. If you are interested in renting a Hospitality Suite at the hotel, that rate is $900.00 per night and you must first contact A-Kon rather than renting directly through the hotel. Please email project_manager1@verizon.net if you would like to book a Hospitality Suite. This year the hotel has provided a direct link that will allow our attendees to book their Double and King Rooms directly through the hotel website. There is no need to call the hotel to book this type of room.
