ALL convention attendees will be required to present a photo ID to claim their badge.  If you do not have a photo ID, you must be accompanied by an 18+ adult who has a photo ID and will be onsite during the convention.  If you are under 18, you will be asked to provide your parents' contact information in addition to your photo ID (or the ID of the adult who will be accompanying you to the show).  Please note that preregistered attendees under 18 will be asked to provide this information at the time of badge pickup.  In addition, preregistered attendees are encouraged to bring their order confirmation in addition to a photo ID.
 
This information is not shared with any 3rd parties, and is only for use in case of emergencies.  Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, and will help us expedite the badge pickup process.

If you are a part of a group order (5 attendees or more) and would like your badges to be grouped together for pickup, please email regquestions@a-kon.com to make arrangements.  Note that the person picking up badges will need to have a copy of each attendee's photo ID with them at the time of pickup.  Copies will be returned to the person picking up the badges after IDs are verified.  If picking up badges for attendees under age 18, you will also need to provide parental contact information as part of the process.
